As of late, there has been a huge emphasis on flare, and drills that do not apply to game situations. Players have been increasing their skill sets but are struggling to apply it at the proper times. It is my belief that this is causing a rift in today's game specifically, the younger generation. I am a huge proponent of creativity and skill development. However, many players are falling behind in terms of how they approach the game from a thinking standpoint. They have the ability to master certain skills, but lack the knowledge and understanding of how it can benefit them. It is my goal to not only help players develop and improve on their skills, but to teach them the WHY and the HOW. When players have knowledge and purpose behind their skills it will ultimately lead them to greater success.
